Delievery / Set-Up / Removal Fee:
When we have the signed rental agreement, we will lock in your delivery date on our calendar. Delivery times can vary. We can delivery Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. However, there may be up to 7-10 business day delay from submitting a sales order to available delivery depending on the size of order and our schedule. There is a one time delivery, set-up and removal fee. The fee is $150 + 10% of one months rental. Additional fees may be added for dificult load ins/outs such as elevator/ stairs and high rise buildings. We require a minimum sales order of $1000 for delivery.
Can I pick up my own order?
If you have a truck and movers, you may elect to forgo the delivery and pick up. We have pick-up/drop-off windows in the mornings and late afternoon on weekdays. Your crew will be responsible for the packing material of the inventory which must be preserved. Damage to the packing materials would result in loss of security deposit.
Monthly Renewals
Your contract will automatically renew month to month unless you give written notice to cancel. You may elect to keep the inventory longer than your original term date and we will be you monthly in advance per your contract. We can do weekly extensions with written prior agreement.
Removal:
We require 15 BUSINESS days notice for removal. Once your property is in escrow, let us know and will will put a hold on our pick up calendar.

Trucking
Note that our truck does have branding. We pair with a local staging company's trucking fleet. If you are concerend about branding, you may elect to send your truck or a rental truck to be loaded.
